Blueprint High School Welcomes New Principal in Chandler

GLENDALE, Ariz. (September 2, 2011) – Blueprint Education, a nonprofit educational organization, is pleased this school year to welcome Mr. Anthony Scanio, new Principal, at Blueprint High School in Chandler, Arizona.
Blueprint High School is a charter high school located in Chandler, Arizona and is open enrollment throughout the year. Blueprint High School prides itself on small class size, flexible ½ day schedule, individualized instruction, Arizona standardized self paced curriculum, certified teachers, and AIMS focused tutoring.
Scanio has been working with students for over twenty years in many different roles including ten years as an administrator for the Gilbert Public Schools and the Scottsdale Unified School District. Scanio gained his passion for students from his initial experience in the Chicago Public Schools teaching math and moved into Administration at a second chance alternative night school. His early experience came via a residential treatment facility/ group home working with Department of Corrections and inner city kids helping them transition from jail back to their homes.
