American/Arizona Government Basic is a survey course that includes the study of the United States history, the US Constitution, the three branches of federal, state and local government, political parties, citizenship, US economy, foreign policy and trade, and world governments. This course will also provide students the opportunity to explore issues such as individual rights, civil rights, and privacy rights. Arizona history and government will also be studied.
