ECONOMICS BASIC

This is a basic level course and requires counselor approval for enrollment!

Economics Basic gives a junior or senior student an understanding of the production and distribution of goods and services within our economy. Among the areas covered are: functions of economic systems and their effects on various enterprises; the goals of a free enterprise economic system; means of organizing economic activity; functions of the marketplace (supply and demand); the system of money and credit; sources of economic growth; sources and uses of income; and comparative economic systems.
