Pre Algebra 1 is the first semester of pre algebra, generally taken before algebra either in middle school or high school. Pre Algebra 1 will introduce expressions, equations, inequalities, integers, exponents, real numbers, collecting and displaying data, plane geometry, perimeter, area, volume, ratios, and similarity. A foundation in basic arithmetic is essential for success.

Special Note: This course is not transferable to high school for credit when taken in junior high.
