This course is designed for students who desire to pursue an automotive services career. This semester will introduce the student to automotive essentials. Through a dynamic, interactive, courseware instructional approach, the student will gain knowledge, comprehension,and application of effective automotive technologies. This first semester will focus on health and safety; tools and equipment; communication; service information; vehicle preparation and maintenance; braking, steering and suspension systems; and wheels and tires.
