Pre-Approved Testing Centers

Exam Proctor Information

For your convenience Blueprint Education has arranged for students taking online courses to take their web based exams at any of the pre-approved testing centers listed below.

As outlined in the student’s policy and procedures section of the Blueprint Education website, it is essential that prior to scheduling an exam with a pre-approved testing facility that each student follow the instructions outlined below. Students choosing to take their exams at one of the listed testing centers will not be required to submit a proctor approval form.

  • Complete all applicable assignments including lessons, quizzes, writing assignments and labs. If you are unsure if you have completed all of the required assignments refer to your course. (Moodle Login)
  • Submit an exam request to Blueprint Education by fax, mail or phone. Note on the  request form which pre-approved testing center you will be using. 
  • Ensure your course has not expired, if you are not sure of your expiration date please refer to your enrollment verification e-mail or call and ask one of our Blueprint Student Service Specialists.
  • For students taking a re-test exam the $15.00 fee must be paid to Blueprint Education prior to scheduling an appointment with a pre-approved testing center.
  • Prior to calling one of the pre-approved testing centers to schedule an appointment, visit the centers webpage listed below for specific details and instructions such as contact information, hours, location and cost.                 
  • Proctors at pre-approved testing centers serve only as a third party independent supervisor. Questions, concerns or requests for help must be directed to Blueprint Education at 1-800-426-4952.

Exam Proctor Information

STUDENTS AND PROCTORS:
Please read the following guidelines before filling out the proctor approval form.

 

NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • PROCTORS must be at least 21 years of age
  • PROCTORS must have a working business email. (hotmail, yahoo, msn, google, etc. accounts will NOT be accepted)
  • ALL EXAMS must be given at a place of business.
  • PROCTORS are required to monitor students at ALL TIMES during testing.
  • PROCTORS are NOT ALLOWED to give out exam passwords or copies of the exam to ANYONE!
  • PROCTORS are expected to verify student identification prior to giving exams.
  • PROCTORS are expected to read exam instructions regarding approved testing aids and resources (included with exam/passwords) prior to giving exams.

Tutors can proctor as long as they are not direclty tutoring your student's subject area for the exam. (Example: a science tutor can proctor for an English exam; not for the Science exam)
