Our visit to the campus at Arizona State University provided many new insights. Some students never had the opportunity to visit an actual college campus or have the notion that this can be their future. Students gained a perspective that there are various colleges around the state or country, not limiting them to just colleges in their metropolitan area.
Many students gained a better perspective of why their HS GPA matters in regards to gaining scholarships or college acceptance. Our students had mentioned before how they had never thought that college was even an option for them and how much they realized that it could be an option.
