Adele Arnold

Distance Learning Teacher

Location: Blueprint Office

Professional Background:

After graduating from Sunrise Mountain High School in Peoria, Arizona, I attended Glendale Community College and later graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Secondary Education/Mathematics in May 2003. I’ve also taken online graduate classes from Northern Arizona University.

I taught Algebra for two years at Apollo High School in Glendale, and also worked as a substitute teacher and online tutor. This is my fifth year at Blueprint Education. I am a member of NCTM and AATM.

Personal Life:

I live in Mesa with a friend, and my kitty, Spaz, lives an hour away with my parents. Family is very important to me, and I visit them, as well as my brothers and their families, as often as possible.

I love to read, and I read pretty much everything. I bake when the weather cools down. And I travel as much as I can. The Seattle area is a personal favorite, but I’ve been to several other states and countries, including Great Britain, Germany, Ukraine and France. Russia might be next on my list. I’m learning Russian now, and it’s a crazy, challenging language.

What draws you to Blueprint Education?

Blueprint Education gives me the opportunity to work with many different students, and I enjoy meeting the unique challenges that come with distance education. I also love the freedom to travel and still work with my students.
