Professional Background:
I’ve been an educator for over 30 years, and 20 were spent as an elementary school principal in the public education system. Prior to my educational career, I was in law enforcement.

I’m a certified trainer of Positive Classroom Discipline and Instruction, Conscious Classroom Management, Thinking Maps and Essential Elements of Instruction.

Personal Life:
Over 31 years ago, I married a wonderful woman named Terry, who’s also an educator. Together, we have four beautiful children, ages 21 to 28. We also enjoy our six-year-old granddaughter and our ten-month-old grandson very much.
